Understanding the Secret

One of the main things that people do whenever they are suffering from anxiety attacks is to struggle against them with everything that they have.  It may seem to them as if they were able to fight their way through it and to get out on the other side.  Unfortunately, many people just end up worn-out and unable to face the pressure of another anxiety attack that may come upon them.

One day I was over at the beach meditating and trying to avoid the possibility of having another attack as they seemed to be coming fast and furious.  It was a beautiful day and there were people that were out surfing so it was rather interesting to sit and watch.  I began to recognize the fact that they were able to lift themselves up on the top of the wave effortlessly and they could ride it until it was to completion.

I decided that I was going to try to do the same thing with my anxiety and that instead of fighting my way through the wave of panic that was coming over me, I was going to simply rise up on top of it and allow it to wash underneath me.  Whenever I did this, I noticed that a couple of things were happening.

Two separate things occurred whenever I allowed myself to ride on top of the anxiety in this way.  The first thing I noticed is that the anxiety tended to go away very quickly and I did not have the panic attacks that lasted for an extended period of time any longer.  Another thing that I’ve noticed is that I was not as tired after the anxiety attack had occurred and I was able to handle any additional attacks that may have come over me and to get rid of them quickly as well.

After using this method for several months, I began to recognize that the anxiety attacks were coming few and far between.  As it turns out, I found a way to cure anxiety attacks and since that day, I have not had another bout with panic again.
